OUR RETURN POLICY
How It Works
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, however if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
You must advise us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to return them. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused within 14 days of notification.
We will refund your purchase price, excluding postage unless the items are faulty, where a full refund will be given including postage.
We advise customers to return goods via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be mislaid during postage.
We do not pay for return postage.
There will be an additional postage charge for sending out a replacement.
Shoe exchanges will only be accepted for an incorrect size within the same style, on the condition that the shoes have not been worn unless by prior written agreement with the Lindy Hop Shop.
We do not accept returns on:
Any goods that have been ordered or manufactured to clients specification unless by prior agreement with Lindy Hop Shop.
Footwear that has been worn off the carpet (unless by prior agreement with the Lindy Hop Shop)
Orders outside the UK
You may return goods by contacting the Lindy Hop Shop by email, phone or post, stating clearly the reason given for returning goods.
For all items coming from outside the UK please make it clear on the label or any customs declaration these items are returned items.
When posting the return items remember to include your invoice number, name, address, phone number and email address and send it to:

Refunds will only be given if Lindy Hop shop feel that the customer has adhered to the returns policy.
You may change your mind and cancel your order for a refund or exchange within 7 working days after having placed your order (we do not refund the cost for shipping after the goods have been dispatched).
